Treescape

A tree is like a society of hundreds of leaves, each one with a different view of the world. They talk to each other by way of soft breezes, never knowing who to expect next. When a leaf falls from a tree it says goodbye as it drifts away into the unknown, eventually becoming part of rich soil for another great society.

Better

Journal Entry: Tue Sep 29, 2009, 9:01 AM
What a rough couple of weeks... For over 7 days I was deathly ill with some really bad kind of food poisoning, which includes having IV fluids administered at a hospital, and as such I haven't been outside much lately. I'm doing much better now and I finally made it out with my camera (see the most recent few photos). It's just been difficult to get out hiking as my stamina is still not back to 100%. At least I can be thankful that I'm no longer sick like I was. :)
